FlyThisSim Info Session

CPEs is proud to host FlyThisSim, a San Luis Obispo based company that produces flight simulation and avionics software for an info session tomorrow from 6-8 pm. The info session will be in building 52 room E26. FlyThisSim is looking for CPE related majors to help develop both software and hardware aviation solutions. For more info see the Facebook event.

Microsoft Tech Talk

CPEs invites you to a Microsoft tech talk on Tuesday, November 6 in building 20 room 140. A special guest from Microsoft will go into detail on the projects he is working on now from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. Pizza will be served, and prizes will be raffled off at the event! Come get a first-hand account of some of the projects Microsoft is developing right now, from an engineer. RSVP on the Facebook event page.

Autodesk Info Session

CPEs is proud to host Autodesk for an info session tomorrow, November 1st. Current employees and former interns of Autodesk will be fielding questions about the company, internship experiences, and their technologies. Autodesk is looking to hire interns in many fields, so bring your resume! The event will takes place in room 251 of the Computer Science building(14) from 6:00-7:30pm.  Food will be provided. LAN Party!

Join CPEs, IEEE, ACM, Cal Poly Robotics and CPARC for an epic LAN Party tomorrow, Friday October 19. Bring your gaming rig and an appetite, we will have free pizza and any you  can play any game you want. The games begin at 6pm in Bonderson(room to be announced) and will go till 5am Saturday.

Some of the games we plan on playing are:

League of Legends
Counter Strike: Source / GO
Starcraft 2
Diablo 3
Age of Empire
Guild Wars 2

Even if the game you want to play is not on the list, you are welcome to start a game yourself!
